- CLIENT REQUESTS MINOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE TO INCLUDE SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE, WITH UP TO 5 QUARTS OF SYNTHETIC OIL, NEW OIL FILTER, INSPECT CONDITION OF ALL OTHER FLUIDS AND TOP OFF AS NEEDED, INSPECT AIR FILTER, PERFORM MAINTENANCE INSPECTION AND CHECK AND ADJUST TIRE PRESSURES. ADVISE CLIENT OF ANY NEEDED REPAIRS OR SERVICE. Completed.
- Inspect and found Oil Cooler Block off plate gasket is leaking. Replace gasket and re check for leak, no leak at Cooler block off Plate. Does have Rear Main Seal seeping, Customer is aware of this leak.
- Larry went for a Test Drive with Customer to verify concern. Inspect and found one of the Rear Sway Bar Bushing out of Position, re positioned and Test Drive and Noise is no longer present.
- Vehicle had an over temperature code. Checked freeze frame data and found that engine temperature had reached 271 degrees due to a heater hose connector breaking at the firewall and causing the coolant to leak out. Replaced both heater hose connectors and filled system with coolant. Complete
- Customer requests that the engine oil be drained and refilled.
