- Found worn sway bar link in front supension. Replaced both front sway bar links.
- Test drove vehicle and verified concern: HVAC system basically functional, but blows hot air when requesting A/C operation. Performed visual inspection; no obvious leaks found. Evacuated refrigerant, found system empty. Charged system temporarily, found compressor still not functioning. Noted oil and dye weeping from compressor discharge hose. Found open control circuit for compressor solenoid- performed electrical circuit diagnosis and found broken wire at compressor connector. Evacuated refrigerant, replaced discharge hose, and installed repair wiring pigtail. Pulled system into vacuum and performed vacuum decay leakage testing with passing results. Charged system with proper type and amount of refrigerant and verified correct operation.
