- Confirmed that intermittently the key does not come out of the ignition. Found a Technical Service Bulletin that describes this issue and how to repair issue. Confirmed that this issue falls within TSB requirements and replaced shifter plate in accordance with TSB. Rechecked shifter and key operation and now key is able to be removed. Complete
