2015 Jeep Wrangler
Mileage88,565Service Date9/13/2024Services Performed- Scanned all control modules for relevant faults. Found P0301, Cylinder #1 misfire, & P2302, Coil #1 improper ionization. Found new ignition coil and spark plug recently replaced at cylinder #1. Swapped ignition coil with cylinder #3, started engine, and observed misfire monitors; noted #1 still misfiring. Attached laboratory oscilloscope to #1 coil to observe secondary ignition waveform; none present. Disconnected #1 coil, inspected power supply circuit; found no voltage available to coil. Opened up wiring harness in vicinity of coil connector, found prior splice repair to connector; found broken wire at that point. Replaced ignition coil connector pigtails for both cylinder #1 & #3. Started engine and found misfires no longer present. Cleared all faults and test drove vehicle.

2015 Ford F-350 Super Duty
Mileage78,797Service Date9/13/2024Services Performed- checked the vehicle over and none of the oil leaks should be worried about till the crankcase filter is updated to the latest filter its still the original filter from 2015 this engine is known to build crankcase pressure with the old filters causing the pressure to push oil out of the bedplate if vehicle still has oil leaks engine will need to be pulled and the bed plate and the oil pan gasket replaced
- WORK PERFORMED PROGRAMMED VEHICLE AND DIS ABLED THE CCP COLLAR PUT THE TUNE FROM VEHICLE BACK INTO THE SCT TUNER AND CLIENT WILL NEED TO PUT THE TUNE BACK INTO THE VEHICLE
