Scanned all control modules for relevant faults; found P0456 stored for small EVAPorative system leakage. Attached diagnostic smoke producing apparatus and inspected for leaks; tester indicated leakage. Noted hydrocarbon smell emanating from gas cap. Removed cap, inspected, and reinstalled. Diagnostic tester indicated system was then leaktight. Customer requested replacement gas cap. Installed OEM filler cap. Cleared faults & ran on-board diagnostic monitor with passing results. Vehicle may take several days before running small EVAP test; further diagnosis MAY be required should fault return.
Test drove vehicle to verify concern. Monitored engine coolant temperature with scan tool: during short in-town trip, temperature exceeded 225° F. Returned to shop, performed visual inspection; found poor quality thermostat and radiator cap very recently installed. Replaced thermostat and cap with OEM parts. Filled and bled cooling system. Warmed engine to normal operating temperature and test drove vehicle in various conditions; temperature never exceeded 219°F at idle in gear; averaged 206°F r less at highway speeds.
Found 2nd row left outside seat belt is cut and will require replacement. O E Seat Belt sop, 3-5 weeks. Customer will return at latter date.

Inspected front suspension and steering components. Found 3 of 4 ball joints have excessive play. Left lower ball joint separation imminent- SAFETY HAZARD. Remaining ball joint dust boot is open, joint failure imminent. Both inner tie rod ends have play. Replaced all ball joints (Upper control arms) & inner tie rod ends.
Performed four wheel alignment service. No additional resets or calibrations required.

Inspected for crash damage and found that the front right wheel is bent and the tire has a hole in the sidewall, the right rear wheel is also bent, both right side wheel covers are damaged the left side fender and bumper are damaged, and the radiator support behind the bumper is damaged. Replaced right side rims and one tire. Checked alignment and found that the SAI is still in spec but the toe is out of adjustment. Adjusted toe and sent vehicle to body shop for body damage.
Perform digital vehicle inspection to include: all 4 corners of body; license plate; odometer; VIN plate; and any and all damages that may or may not be collision related.
Replaced right side rims and one tire. Checked alignment and found that the SAI is good but the toe front and rear are out of spec. Adjusted toe and took on test drive. Vehicle drives straight. Complete

UPON INITIAL INSPECTION WE FOUND THAT THE PASSENGER WINDOW HAD NO COMMUNICATION WITH AND MODULES BUT WHEN ALL ELECTRICAL WAS DISCONNECTED AND WIRE HARNESS WAS LOAD TESTED ALL WERE WORKING PROPERLY SAYING THE WINDOW REGULATOR WAS NO LONGER WORKING. AFTER INSTALLATION OF NEW WINDOW REGULATOR PASSENGER SWITCH WAS WORKING AND WINDOW WENT UP AND DOWN IN NORMAL WORKING ORDER, HOW EVER THE DRIVER SWITCH WILL NOT WORK FOR THE DRIVER DOOR. MODULE IS NOT COMMUNICATING BETWEEN DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE.
CHECKED ALL FLUIDS,TIRE PRESSURES AND OVERALL CONDITION OF CAR COMPONENTS BRAKES FRONT = REAR =
FOUND THAT THE WIRE HARNESS FOR THE RIGHT FRONT TURN SIGNAL AND MARKER LIGHT ARE NOT WORKING PROPPERLY
REPLACED MUFFLER AND WELDED NEW PIPE.
DRAINED TRANSMISSION FLUID CLEANED PUMP AND SCREEN REPLACED TRANSMISSION FLUID AND FILTER TORQUED TRANSMISSION PAN TO 14.5 FT LBS

Upon initial inspection we found that the rack and pinion is leaking out of both seals. I dropped the subframe and removed the sway bar to have enough room to be able to replace the rack and pinion, after replacing the rack and pinion I replaced the o-rings for both power steering lines that plug into the rack and pinion. After everything was reinstalled I bled the power steering system and vehicle is good to go.
Upon initial inspection we found that the oil pan gasket was seeping oil, after dropping the oil pan i cleaned off the old RTV gasket off of the engine block and the oil pan, after washing and cleaning the oil pan i installed the new gasket and tightened oil pan to 12NM
Performed four wheel alignment service and set front and rear toe to manufacturer spec.
