Services Performed
- Found collapsed and torn engine mounts and torque strut. Noise created from engine resting on body/chassis. Replaced engine front mount, torque strut, engine lower mount, and transaxle mount. Ensured concern resolved.
- CLIENT REQUESTS MINOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE TO INCLUDE SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE, WITH UP TO 5 QUARTS OF SYNTHETIC OIL, NEW OIL FILTER, INSPECT CONDITION OF ALL OTHER FLUIDS AND TOP OFF AS NEEDED, INSPECT AIR FILTER, PERFORM MAINTENANCE INSPECTION AND CHECK AND ADJUST TIRE PRESSURES. ADVISE CLIENT OF ANY NEEDED REPAIRS OR SERVICE. Performed maintenance service as outlined above. Replaced engine air filter and cabin air filter elements. Reset on-board maintenance reminders.
- Replaced all spark plugs.
- CLEAN THE MASTER CYLINDER CAP AREA AND REMOVE THE OLD FLUID FROM THE RESERVOIR. FILL WITH FRESH FLUID AND FLUSH WITH POWER BRAKE FLUSH MACHINE BY PRESSURIZING BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER AND VACUUMING OLD FLUID OUT OF EACH BRAKE BLEEDER UNTIL THE FLUID IS CLEAN
- Removed air cleaner, battery, & battery tray. Removed all necessary supporting brackets for air conditioning compressor and power steering pump. Removed air conditioning compressor, power steering pump, and belt tensioner from associated brackets. Replaced water pump and installed new belt. Installed all previously removed components. Filled and bled cooling system. Warmed engine to normal operating temperature. Test drove vehicle and ensured no further leakage.
- Removed both front lower control arms. mPulled aft bushings from control arms and pressed new replacement bushings onto arm.
- Performed four wheel alignment service. Performed all necessary resets and calibrations.
- Replaced front brake pads and rotors. Cleaned all rust and corrosion from caliper/pad contact points and applied lubricant.
- MOUNT AND BALANCE FOUR TIRE/WHEEL ASSEMBLIES. REMOVED TIRES FROM RIMS AND REPLACED TIRES, REPLACED ONE TPMS SENSOR DUE TO BROKEN STEM. BALANCED AND SET TIRE PRESSURES TO 35PSI. COMPLETE.
