Removed manifold and checked for flatness and found it was about .050in warped. Removed broken manifold bolt and installed new manifold, gasket, and bolts. Took on test drive and vehicle is good. - Checked TPMS sensor and found that the front left sensor is not reading. Replaced sensor and programmed to vehicle. Programmed tire positions to vehicle and set tire pressures to 35psi front and rear. TPMS light is now out. Complete

2006 Ford Taurus
Mileage127,665Service Date10/24/2025Services Performed- Upon initial inspection, her vehicle would not turn over to start tried jumping before having to push in, because nothing would happen when turning the keys after having vehicles set over a night battery is holding at 12.4 V and alternator is showing 12.4 V. After manually, he providing power to the starter, there is no release on the actual starter gears. After installing the new starter the vehicle starts every time, i started the vehicle 5 separate times before final test drive. Got back to shop and started the vehicle another 5 times with no issues, vehicle is good to go.

AFTER REMOVING THE REAR HUB ALL HARDWARE WAS CLEANED AND THE HUB WAS CLEANED AND LUBED WITH ANTI SEIZE, THE NEW HUBS WERE INSTALLED AND ALL BOLTS WERE TORQUED TO MANUFACTURER SPEC, VEHICLE WAS TEST DRIVEN AND IS GOOD TO GO.
- AFTER REMOVING THE KNUCKLE THE FRONT WHEEL BEARING WAS REMOVED AND THE NEW ONE WAS INSTALLED AND THE KNUCKLE WAS INSTALLED AND ALL BOLTS AND NUTS WERE TORQUED TO MANUFACTURER SPEC.

AFTER INSTALLING NEW CONTROL ARMS AND PITMAN ARM AND IDLER ASSEMBLY ALL GREASE POINTS WERE GREASED AND VEHICLE IS GOOD TO GO.

2012 Dodge Grand Caravan
Mileage99,497Service Date8/14/2025Services Performed- Scanned all control modules for relevant faults; found P0456 stored for small EVAPorative system leakage. Attached diagnostic smoke producing apparatus and inspected for leaks; tester indicated leakage. Noted hydrocarbon smell emanating from gas cap. Removed cap, inspected, and reinstalled. Diagnostic tester indicated system was then leaktight. Customer requested replacement gas cap. Installed OEM filler cap. Cleared faults & ran on-board diagnostic monitor with passing results. Vehicle may take several days before running small EVAP test; further diagnosis MAY be required should fault return.
- Test drove vehicle to verify concern. Monitored engine coolant temperature with scan tool: during short in-town trip, temperature exceeded 225° F. Returned to shop, performed visual inspection; found poor quality thermostat and radiator cap very recently installed. Replaced thermostat and cap with OEM parts. Filled and bled cooling system. Warmed engine to normal operating temperature and test drove vehicle in various conditions; temperature never exceeded 219°F at idle in gear; averaged 206°F r less at highway speeds.
- Found 2nd row left outside seat belt is cut and will require replacement. O E Seat Belt sop, 3-5 weeks. Customer will return at latter date.
