Mileage143,221Service Date5/1/2026Services Performed- Coolant obviously leaking from radiator. Radiator hoses appear to be original equipment. Radiator cap is of substandard design and failure prone. Oil likely leaking from rear main seal and upper oil pan gasket. Replaced radiator, cap, and radiator hoses. Bled and filled cooling system. Warmed engine to normal operating temperature and ensured no further coolant leakage. Test drive vehicle. Removed oil pan to transmission stiffening plate and cleaned thoroughly. Cleaned area above plate. Ran engine for 30 minutes at 2,000 RPM and saw no significant oil leakage. Slightly tightened several lower oil pan bolts. Recommend further oil leak evaluation at next oil change interval.

2018 Chevrolet Traverse

Accessed rear HVAC controls from front control panel; found rear controls were not synchronized with front settings. Pressed "SYNC" button and verified proper operation. Counseled driver as to operation of rear HVAC system.
- Inspected; found leaking oil pressure sensor. Replaced oil pressure sensor/switch. Cleaned area of residual oil leakage. Ensured no further leakage.
- Scan all related control modules for faults. Found low voltage faults for all sensors. Pinged sensors with no response. Replaced all four sensors and programmed to vehicle. Torqued all wheel nuts to 140#ft. Ensured proper operation.

- Found engine oil leak coming from front valve cover / front camshaft control solenoid. Removed front and rear valve covers , checked valve adjustment. Removed front camshaft oil control solenoid. Reinstalled components with new seals/gaskets. Warmed engine up, test drove vehicle. No noticeable engine oil leaks at this time.
- Removed timing belt cover to discover timing belt hydraulic tensioner is leaking, causing timing belt to bounce on tensioner assembly. Removed timing belt and timing components, removed water pump assembly. Installed new water pump, new timing belt idler pulley, new timing belt tensioner pulley and timing belt hydraulic tensioner assembly, new timing belt. Test drove vehicle, belt noise has not returned.
- Found washer pump, and washer pump wiring damaged in passenger front wheel well due to inner fender lining missing. Requires new pump pigtail and possible new pump.
- Removed radiator assembly. Noted additional leak at temperature sensor in lower radiator tank. Replaced temperature sensor in radiator. Installed new radiator, filled cooling system with new coolant. Test drove vehicle, no additional leaks noticed at this time.
- Removed rear trailing arms and rear shocks. Replaced with new. Performed alignment.
- Performed four wheel alignment service.
- Found leak at low side service port valve. System was empty when vehicle arrived. Replaced both service port valves, and charged system with specified amount of R134A. No leaks at service ports noted at this time.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica

Scanned all control modules for relevant faults- found P0108, "MAP sensor high voltage" stored in engine controller. Removed decorative engine cover for access. Disconnected Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor & performed circuit verification of all 3 circuits with passing results. Measuring resistance across MAP sensor pins revealed internal open circuit in sensor. Replaced sensor, performed throttle actuator basic settings, cleared faults, and test drove vehicle to ensure concern resolved.
