2004 Ford Pickup
Mileage148,344Service Date1/30/2026Services Performed- Obvious leakage from oil pan gasket. Possible slight leakage from crankshaft rear main seal. Replaced oil pan gasket. Cleaned affected areas of residual oil. Test drove vehicle and ensured no further leakage. Recommend further evaluation of crankshaft rear main seal at next service visit.
- Found blown fuse for driver power seat. Temporarily installed circuit breaker and verified all related circuits now functional. Installed new fuse #109 n Central Junction Block. during test drive, fuse again blew. Upon further inspection, found wiring harness under seat was pinched, causing fuse to blow depending on driver presence pressing on seat cushion. Manipulated harness so short was no longer present.
- Removed Cylinder #1 spark plug. Found it to be of proper type for application and in good condition. Platinum spark plug replacement interval=60,000 miles

- Removed rear brake calipers & rotors. Replaced park brake shoes due to oil contamination. Replaced axle seals. Re-sealed differential cover. Filled differential with proper type and amount of lubricant. Test drove vehicle and ensured no further leakage.

2010 Jeep Wrangler
Mileage140,214Service Date1/28/2026Services Performed- Scanned for codes and found a P0456 small EVAP leak. Introduced smoke into EVAP system and found that there is no leak. Peformed EVAP service bay test and vehicle passed the test. This means that the ESIM is currently testing good but is faulty and needs to be replaced. Replaced ESIM and gas cap due to the gasket cracking. Cleared codes and performed another EVAP service bay test and this test also passed. Took on test drive and check engine did not return and emissions readiness monitors ran and passed. Complete
- During test drive noticed that the steering was a little loose and that the steering wheel is off center. Inspected suspension and found that the track bar bushing at the frame is loose and also found that the pinch bolt for the drivers side outer tie rod was loose. Tightened pinch bolt and replaced track bar and aligned vehicle. Took on test drive after alignment and steering wheel is straight and steering is much tighter. Complete
