2005 Chevrolet Tahoe
Mileage236,872Service Date8/7/2026Services Performed- Scanned all control modules for relevant faults; found P0220, "Throttle Position Sensor 2 circuit", & P2135, "Throttle position Sensor 1-2 correlation". These faults indicate either a wiring issue at throttle actuator, or a faulty actuator. Wiring harness was repaired in our facility for a different fault code in July, 2025. Wiggling and manipulation of harness revealed no anomalies. Replaced throttle actuator controller. Performed necessary calibrations, cleared faults, and test drove vehicle.

- Customer complaint is that at 70-80 mph there is a vibration. Took on test drive and confirmed customer complaint of a vibratiion at speed. Removed all tires and checked the balance and found that all tires were out of balance. the front left tire was 1.5oioz out, the front right was 5.50oz out, the right rear was 12.75oz out and the left rear was 19oz out. Re balanced all wheels. Reinstalled wheels, torqued lug nuts to 150ftlbs, and took on test drive. Vehicle no longer has a vibration at speed. Complete

2010 Jeep Wrangler

Oil likely leaking from rear main seal and upper oil pan gasket. Replaced radiator, cap, and radiator hoses. Bled and filled cooling system. Warmed engine to normal operating temperature and ensured no further coolant leakage. Test drive vehicle. Removed oil pan to transmission stiffening plate and cleaned thoroughly. Cleaned area above plate. Ran engine for 30 minutes at 2,000 RPM and saw no significant oil leakage. Slightly tightened several lower oil pan bolts. Recommend further oil leak evaluation at next oil change interval.

- Inspected; found leaking oil pressure sensor. Replaced oil pressure sensor/switch. Cleaned area of residual oil leakage. Ensured no further leakage.
- Scan all related control modules for faults. Found low voltage faults for all sensors. Pinged sensors with no response. Replaced all four sensors and programmed to vehicle. Torqued all wheel nuts to 140#ft. Ensured proper operation.
