Battery dead. Vehicle would not start. Bypassed starter relay. Used jump box to start engine. Engine started. Vehicle shifter would move, but transmission would not go into any gear. Scanned modules for faults, found: PCM P0217:00-6C (Engine coolant overtemperature condition) P05A1:00-6C (Active grille air shutter A position sensor minimum/maximum stop performance) P1285:00-6C (Cylinder head overtemperature condition) TCM P0702:00-2C (Transmission control system electrical) P0882:00-AC (TCM power input signal low) RCM B0050:13-28 (Driver seatbelt sensor) B0052:13-AF (Passenger seatbelt sensor) IPC U0073:88-28 (Control module communication bus A off) ACM U3003:16-0A (Battery voltage) APIM B1D79:11-08 (Microphone input) U3003:16-0A (Battery voltage) BCM B10D7:51-68 (PATS key) B110B:77-28 (Rear door passenger side central locking motor) U3003:16-28 (Battery voltage) FCDIM U3003:16-0E (Battery voltage) GPSM U3003:16-8A (Battery voltage) PSCM U3003:13-48 (Battery voltage) U3003:16-48 (Battery voltage) Cleared codes. Charged battery. Vehicle now starts with key. Transmission will engage in gear now. Alternator is not outputting any current. Checked charging request PIDs using scan tool. ECU is requesting full alternator output. Recommend fully charge battery, and test. Recommend replace alternator. Removed alternator assembly, replaced with new alternator. Fully charged battery. Tested charging system. Charging system is operating as intended. Transmission faults were due to charging system failure. SRS light did remain on after repairs, and will need further diagnosis. Transmission message did not return.
Power steering assist had stopped because of charging system problems. Power steering is operating as intended after alternator replacement.

Customer complaint is that at 70-80 mph there is a vibration. Took on test drive and confirmed customer complaint of a vibratiion at speed. Removed all tires and checked the balance and found that all tires were out of balance. the front left tire was 1.5oioz out, the front right was 5.50oz out, the right rear was 12.75oz out and the left rear was 19oz out. Re balanced all wheels. Reinstalled wheels, torqued lug nuts to 150ftlbs, and took on test drive. Vehicle no longer has a vibration at speed. Complete

Obvious leakage from oil pan gasket. Possible slight leakage from crankshaft rear main seal. Replaced oil pan gasket. Cleaned affected areas of residual oil. Test drove vehicle and ensured no further leakage. Recommend further evaluation of crankshaft rear main seal at next service visit.
Found blown fuse for driver power seat. Temporarily installed circuit breaker and verified all related circuits now functional. Installed new fuse #109 n Central Junction Block. during test drive, fuse again blew. Upon further inspection, found wiring harness under seat was pinched, causing fuse to blow depending on driver presence pressing on seat cushion. Manipulated harness so short was no longer present.
Removed Cylinder #1 spark plug. Found it to be of proper type for application and in good condition. Platinum spark plug replacement interval=60,000 miles

Replaced accessory drive belt
Removed rear brake calipers & rotors. Replaced park brake shoes due to oil contamination. Replaced axle seals. Re-sealed differential cover. Filled differential with proper type and amount of lubricant. Test drove vehicle and ensured no further leakage.
Replace both Front Lower Ball joints. Aligned and Test Drive.
Performed four wheel alignment service.
CLEAN THE MASTER CYLINDER CAP AREA AND REMOVE THE OLD FLUID FROM THE RESERVOIR. FILL WITH FRESH FLUID AND FLUSH WITH POWER BRAKE FLUSH MACHINE BY PRESSURIZING BRAKE MASTER CYLINDER AND VACUUMING OLD FLUID OUT OF EACH BRAKE BLEEDER UNTIL THE FLUID IS CLEAN

Upon initial inspection, her vehicle would not turn over to start tried jumping before having to push in, because nothing would happen when turning the keys after having vehicles set over a night battery is holding at 12.4 V and alternator is showing 12.4 V. After manually, he providing power to the starter, there is no release on the actual starter gears. After installing the new starter the vehicle starts every time, i started the vehicle 5 separate times before final test drive. Got back to shop and started the vehicle another 5 times with no issues, vehicle is good to go.

UPON INITIAL INSPECTION THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN FOR A TEST DRIVE AND A GRINDING NOISE WAS PRESENT IN THE REAR END, AFTER GETTING VEHICLE ON A LIFT ALL 4 WHEELS WERE SHAKEN DOWN SHOWING THAT THE RIGHT REAR WHEEL BEARING HAD SEVERE PLAY. AFTER REMOVING THE REAR HUB ALL HARDWARE WAS CLEANED AND THE HUB WAS CLEANED AND LUBED WITH ANTI SEIZE, THE NEW HUBS WERE INSTALLED AND ALL BOLTS WERE TORQUED TO MANUFACTURER SPEC, VEHICLE WAS TEST DRIVEN AND IS GOOD TO GO.
AFTER REMOVING THE KNUCKLE THE FRONT WHEEL BEARING WAS REMOVED AND THE NEW ONE WAS INSTALLED AND THE KNUCKLE WAS INSTALLED AND ALL BOLTS AND NUTS WERE TORQUED TO MANUFACTURER SPEC.

Found brake master cylinder leaking. Replaced brake master cylinder, bled air from hydraulic brake system. Test drove, no apparent leaks at this time.
Found blend door actuator not moving blend door. Tested power, ground and signal circuit to the blend door actuator, tested OK. Removed blend door actuator, verified that the blend door does move, and is not sticking. Replaced blend door actuator, HVAC system now switches between hot and cold temperature as intended.
