    • Scanned for codes and found P0356, ignition coil F primary/secondary circuit. Inspected ignition coil and found that cylinder 6 coil was not seated fully. Also performed a battery test because vehicle had to be jumped when shut off. Fully plugged in coil connector, replaced battery and negative battery terminal and cleared codes and took on test drive and check engine light did not return. During test drive noticed a coolant smell. Pressurized cooling system and found that there is a coolant leak from the passenger side front intake manifold where the intake manifold bolt was installed and bottomed out in the hole but was not actually contacting the intake manifold. Looked around at cooling system and noticed that the upper radiator hose is swollen and one of the heater hoses is also swollen, also the coolant tube that is installed in the back of the water pump is in poor condition. Customer declined further repairs or diagnostics at this time. Complete.

    • Found broken right rear main leaf spring. Will require replacement of right rear leaf spring, center bolt, shackle hardware & u-bolts. After replacing the leaf springs and installing the over load to new leaf springs the new U bolts were installed and all new components were torqued to manufacturer spec, rear bracket shackle were torqued to 166 ft. lbs. The new front bolts on front of leaf springs were torqued to 340 ft. lbs and U bolts were torqued to 48ft lb then 96ft lbs then 148 ft lbs and last series of torque at 195ft lbs.
    • Main chassis and suspension components are all in good condition. Aftermarket steering stabilizer system has been improperly installed and is contacting tie rod. Recommend completely re-installing steering stabilizer system to include tack welding main bracket to front axle tube.
    • Performed four wheel alignment check only.
    • 2 out of the 3 mounting studs were broken on arrival, after removal of old studs new bolts and nuts were installed so new exhaust gasket can be installed. Completed.
