    • diagnosed po700 and po7233 vehicle also had a po420 pulled the vehicles ecm and tcm and went through vehicle flow chart for the po723 diagnose and found bad out put speed sensor and connector end replaced both and re assembled and scanned and cleared codes and test drove vehicle no codes at this time vehicle still needs to have oil leaks fixed lower oil pan and the steering rack and the p0420 diagnosed and repaired
    • REMOVE 4 SUMMER OR WINTER TIRES FROM VEHICLE AND EXCHANGE WITH CUSTOMER SUPPLIED WINTER OR SUMMER TIRES. TEST DRIVE. COMPLETE

    • CLIENT REQUESTS MINOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE TO INCLUDE SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE, WITH UP TO 5 QUARTS OF SYNTHETIC OIL, NEW OIL FILTER, INSPECT CONDITION OF ALL OTHER FLUIDS AND TOP OFF AS NEEDED, INSPECT AIR FILTER, PERFORM MAINTENANCE INSPECTION AND CHECK AND ADJUST TIRE PRESSURES. ADVISE CLIENT OF ANY NEEDED REPAIRS OR SERVICE. Completed.
    • Inspect and found Oil Cooler Block off plate gasket is leaking. Replace gasket and re check for leak, no leak at Cooler block off Plate. Does have Rear Main Seal seeping, Customer is aware of this leak.
    • Larry went for a Test Drive with Customer to verify concern. Inspect and found one of the Rear Sway Bar Bushing out of Position, re positioned and Test Drive and Noise is no longer present.
    • Vehicle had an over temperature code. Checked freeze frame data and found that engine temperature had reached 271 degrees due to a heater hose connector breaking at the firewall and causing the coolant to leak out. Replaced both heater hose connectors and filled system with coolant. Complete
    • Customer requests that the engine oil be drained and refilled.

    • Scanned for codes and found a P0420 Catalyst efficiency below threshold. Took on test drive while monitoring the oxygen sensors and found that at this time the catalytic converter is working but suspects that the catalytic converter is starting to fail and will need to be replaced soon. Cleared codes, customer will pick vehicle up and drive it. Complete

    • Scanned all control modules for relevant faults. Found B0084:39, "Right front impact sensor internal electronic failure" stored in restraints controller. Found C0561:71, "System disabled information stored invalid serial data received" stored in brake controller. Found P0011, "Camshaft position system performance" stored in engine controller. Performed visual inspection of right front impact sensor, found it swollen and cracked. Replaced impact sensor, cleared faults, and test drove vehicle. Brake and engine controller faults MAY have been caused by dirty or low engine oil, which was changed during this visit. Should these faults recur, camshaft actuator replacement will likely be required.
    • CLIENT REQUESTS MINOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE TO INCLUDE SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE, WITH UP TO 5 QUARTS OF SYNTHETIC OIL, NEW OIL FILTER, INSPECT CONDITION OF ALL OTHER FLUIDS AND TOP OFF AS NEEDED, INSPECT AIR FILTER, PERFORM MAINTENANCE INSPECTION AND CHECK AND ADJUST TIRE PRESSURES. ADVISE CLIENT OF ANY NEEDED REPAIRS OR SERVICE. Completed topped off all fluids. Reset on-board maintenance reminder.
    • Could not verify concern- no related faults stored.
    • Scanned all control modules for relevant faults- found B0081:5A stored in restraints controller, indicating plausibility fault between SDM and PPS modules. Inspected PPS module- noted sealing gasket visible at connector when plugged in. Disconnected PPS connector, inspected pins and sockets. Repositioned sealing gasket and restored connection, ensuring connector firmly engaged to module. Cleared all related faults from PPS and SDM.
    • Replaced oil pan oil cooler block off plate gasket. Sepage noted from rear main seal area. Recommended rear main seal housing replacement.
    • P0011 fault returned after several days. Advised customer camshaft actuator replacement would be required to repair.

    • Found P0442, small EVAP leak detected. Removed purge solenoid and attached smoke testing apparatus. Found purge valve not sealing. Installed replacement purge valve, cleared faults, and test drove to readiness. WARRANTY REPAIR
    • CLIENT REQUESTS UTAH EMISSIONS INSPECTION FOR REGISTRATION RENEWAL.
    • Found faulty window regulator. Removed interior trim panel to gain access; replaced power window regulator with integrated motor. Ensured correct operation. NOTE: right rear door window switch in inoperative and will require replacement; special ordered part for later installation.

    • CHECKED THE PASSENGER SEAT HEATER AND FOUND THAT BOTH FRONT SEAT HEATERS ARE INOP DIAGNOSED AND FOUND THE CCSM HAS A BURNT WIRE ON PIN ONE DIS ASSEMBLED MODULE AND REMOVE PIN FROM CONNECOR CASE AND CLEANED PIN ON THE MODULE INSTALLED NEW TIGHTER FITTING PIN AND WIRE AND RE ASSEMBLED AND RE CHECKED THE CONNECTION SEAT HEATERS WORK PROPERLY AT THIS TIME THEIR ARE NO REPAIRS FOR THE CONNECTOR THAT REPAIR THIS PROBLEM THE WAY THAT I REPAIRED IT SHOULD LAST LONGER THAN A FACTORY CONNECTOR COMPLETE
    • DIAGNOSED THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT AND FOUND THE LOWER MOTOR BASE FOR THE SEAT NEEDS REPLACED AND THE POSITION SENSOR FOR THE DRIVERS SIDE SEAT TO REPAIR
    • CHECKED THE VEHICLE FOR LEAKS AND FOUND THE ONLY OIL LEAK IS COMING FROM THE RIGHT FRONT CV AXLE THAT IS IN THE FRONT DIFF NEED TO PULL THE FRONT DIFF AND RE SEAL THE FRONT DIFF TO REPAIR WORK PERFORMED FOR REPAIR REMOVE FRONT DIFF ASSEMBLY AND DIS ASSEMBLED AND REPLACED BOTH AXLE SEALS AND RE ASSEMBLED AND DRAINED AND RE FILLED TEST DROVE VEHICLE AND RE CHECKED FOR LEAKS NO LEAKS AT THIS TIME COMPLETE
    • CHECKED THE VEHICLE OVER AND FOUND BOTH FRONT ENGINE MOUNTS NEED REPLACED BOTH HAVE EXCESS PLAY REMOVE AND REPLACED BOTH ENGINE MOUNTS AND RE ASSEMBLED AND RE CHECKED GOOD AT THIS TIME COMPLETE
    • CHECKED THE FRONT END OUT AND FOUND THE FRONT UPPER CONTROL ARMS NEED TO BE REPLACED TO REPAIR THE UPPER BALL JOINT PLAY ON BOTH SIDES AND THEN VEHICLE NEEDS TO BE ALIGNED REMOVE AND REPLACED UPPER CONTROL ARMS BOTH SIDES AND ALIGNED VEHICLE COMPLETE
