- Checked for coolant leak and found that the water outlet on the back of the cylinder head is leaking. Also see evidence of the coolant recovery tank leaking. Removed and replaced water outlet and seals, vacuum pump seal, and coolant recovery tank. Filled system with coolant and took on test drive. Rechecked for leaks and found none. Complete
